As you know, we always strive to create the best possible user experience for business analysts. Giving you maximum control over your workflows, while maintaining conformity with the widely used BPMN standard are two important aspects of this challenge. This is why we’re excited to announce the newly launched feature that allows you to customize your workflows. BeePMN now allows you to customize the appearance of your workflow, while remaining within the BPMN standard rule to use specific shapes for each modeling element.

You can highlight the most important tasks in your workflow in your favourite color: just select the element you want to customize and use the Style panel to paint it. Do you want to save a list of predefined colors to use at a later stage? With our customization feature you can do that too.

You can also personalize your text fields, by selecting and changing them from the “text” section of the Style panel, where you can modify the “position” of the label as well, allowing you to align it automatically.

As all the actions you have taken with BeePMN, you can undo them by pressing the Undo button or using the “ctrl+Z” shortcut at any time. If you’re not happy with all the changes, you can also use the “reset” button in the Style panel to start from scratch with the default style values for all the selected elements.
